Working closely with participants and researchers, the study provides a rigorous, ethical, and secure platform for impactful public health research.The Generation Scotland cohort recruited participants through two main phases, GS initial recruitment (2006-2011) and NextGenScot (2022-2025) with over 40,000 participants in total. Generation Scotland is proud to be funded by the Wellcome Trust.
